After much demand the Cementing Wedges are now available!
The Cementing Wedge (formally known as the OVC Wedge) give amazing anatomical shape and allow for great contacts when cementing crowns and large fillings.
The asymmetric shape gives superior control during the crown cementing process and are also perfect for deep marginal elevation.
When cementing crowns:
Preventing gingival seepage
Displacement of the inter-proximal gingival col
Blocking out the inter-proximal space to prevent lumps of cement forming
Creating a smooth tooth/cement/crown interface
Large Fillings:
Preventing gingival seepage
Displacement of the inter-proximal gingival col
Goes deep into the inter-proximal space
Provides a curved smooth surface without the need for a matrix band
These wedges isolate deep interproxal boxes like nothing I’ve seen before. They are brilliant for use in margin elevation techniques.
