What to do if the Occlusal Seating Guide doesn’t seat all the way?

Check to see what is stopping the Occlusal Seating Guide from properly seating down onto the teeth.

The Occlusal Seating Guide is made from PVS impression material and can be trimmed with a scalpel or a high speed hand-piece, so trim away the parts of it that are preventing it from properly seating (do not to trim the part that seats the OVC).

Make sure you leave at least one tooth either side of the restoration to keep the Occlusal Seating Guide stable.
