Patient information:
55yo female, presented with cracked tooth syndrome on 36. Tooth tested vital and the patient had pain on release on the lingual cusps after testing with a Fracfinder. Patient also has a history of parafunctional habits. After presenting options of a full coverage composite restoration, One Visit Crown, or Indirect porcelain crown, the patient opted for the OVC due to financial restrictions.  Shade A2 was used for this case.
